What we do

  • Our strategic plans focus on defining mission, vision, and values; long term goals and desired impact; core priorities and strategies to achieve goals; and operational planning to bring it to life.

    Our process generally includes:

    • Discovery and intake to understand the key questions and needs for the planning process

    • Internal and external stakeholder interviews to gather feedback, input, and buy in from staff, board members, partners, and grantees

    • Workshops, retreats, and meeting facilitation for blue sky visioning

    • Development of strategic plan framework with goals, objectives, timelines, and implementation guidance.

  • We serve as lead advisor or campaign director for new projects and initiatives. We work with you and the team to:

    • Define goals, objectives, and intended impact

    • Connect with partners, internal team members, and other key stakeholders to bring shape to the project

    • Develop and generate buy-in for a plan of action

    • Manage the campaign from ideation to execution, ensuring it stays on track.

  • We work with individuals, families, and next gen donors to define their giving goals. This includes:

    • Building understanding by listening and making sense of what donors want to achieve

    • Creating opportunities for learning to shape our collective understanding of focus areas

    • Developing an approach and giving strategy that accounts for the desired impact, resources available, and the needs related to the issue

    • Serving as an ongoing advisor to vet, manage, and report on grantmaking opportunities

    • Exploring ways to maximize impact through partnership, additional support, or ways to amplify grantees
